Pastor Dineo Caroline Manzini is a communicator, counselor, and ordained resident pastor at Higher Grace Church, Pretoria.
Known for her dynamic presence and emotionally healing messages, Ps Dee brings over a decade of experience in public relations, law enforcement, non-profit leadership, and spiritual ministry.

She is a survivor of childhood trauma, generational rejection, and parental loss—and her story has become a beacon for others navigating their own valleys. She holds a National Diploma in Public Relations, is currently pursuing a BA in Communication Science, and has trained extensively in Christian counseling and ministry.
